Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TCGLINK (the “Service”), operated at tcglinked.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What TCGLINK does

TCGLINK helps trading-card sellers manage shipping: it syncs open orders from your own TCGplayer seller account (via a browser extension running on your computer), compares carrier shipping rates, purchases shipping labels on your behalf, prints address labels for plain white envelopes, and keeps records of your shipments.

TCGLINK is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TCGplayer, Inc.Your use of TCGplayer remains governed by TCGplayer's own terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password and connector API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• New accounts receive a free trial (currently 14 days). No card is required for the trial.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Plan limits (such as monthly label counts) apply as described on the pricing page. We may change plans or prices with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Postage wallet

• Carrier postage is purchased from your prepaid wallet balance at the carrier cost shown to you at purchase time, with no markup added by TCGLINK.
• Wallet funds are prepayments for postage, not deposits; they do not earn interest.
• If you close your account with a remaining wallet balance, contact support and we will refund the unused balance to your original payment method where the processor permits.

5. Shipping labels and PWE

• Purchased labels are provided by our postage partner and the named carrier; carrier delivery timelines and terms are the carrier's, not ours.
• Plain-white-envelope (PWE) address labels are a free printing convenience. They are not postage. You are responsible for affixing sufficient postage. PWE “internal tracking” numbers are TCGLINK record-keeping references only and are not carrier tracking.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of shipment details (addresses, weights, contents) and for complying with carrier rules and applicable law (including not shipping prohibited items).

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no interfering with the Service or other users, no reverse engineering, no reselling the Service without our written permission, and no using the Service to violate TCGplayer's or any carrier's terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for carrier performance, lost or damaged mail, or actions taken by TCGplayer or payment processors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCGLINK's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
