Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TCGLINK (tcglinked.com) collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what's needed to run a shipping tool, we don't sell your data, and your card details never touch our servers.

What we collect

• Account data — your email, password (stored only as a salted hash), and business name.
• Order and shipment data — order numbers, buyer names and shipping addresses, item lists, weights, labels, and tracking numbers synced from your TCGplayer seller account by the connector you install. This is your customers' data; we process it on your behalf to create shipments.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and your wallet ledger (amounts and timestamps). We never see or store card numbers.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, requests) used for security and debugging.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data, or your buyers' data, to anyone.
• We don't store your TCGplayer password — the connector uses your own browser session on your own computer.
• We don't use your data for advertising.

Who we share data with

Only the processors needed to provide the Service:

• EasyPost (postage) — receives shipment addresses and parcel details to buy carrier labels.
• Stripe (payments) — handles subscriptions and wallet top-ups.
• Render / Cloudflare (hosting and DNS) — infrastructure the Service runs on.

We may disclose data if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email support@tcglinked.com to delete your account; we will delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (such as the payment ledger).

Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, API keys are stored only as hashes, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you promptly.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, plus a local-storage preference for the light/dark theme. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
